BUILDING PACKAGES

Establishing a Design Language is key to bringing your vision to life. The starting point is usually the exterior aesthetic, moving progressively to the interior, finishings and amenities.

 

Our Building Package is a complete offering where the Stand, Plan and Final Home is financed together. It can be sold with an Apex-provided stand & plan or be custom tailored for your specific needs if you already have something in mind.

 

Each client is pre-qualified, after which we will go through the process of having your Plan drawn up that will fit within your pre-approved budget whilst also meeting your choice of design and finishes.

 

After a Concept Plan has been achieved, we proceed to costing of the plan and collate all the documents the bank requires. Once the building package loan is approved, the funds are advanced in progress-payments during construction. Once the home is built, the Building Loan will revert to a Home Loan.

 

The Schedule of Finishes chosen before the project begins assists in streamlining the process. Clients can also opt for any number of the additions to their desired house- plan, these include but are not limited to: Boma, Swimming pool, Water features, Pajama Lounge, Pergola, Hot Tub, TV Walls, Landscape architecture, Home Cinema, Boreholes, Solar Backup Power.

DEPENDENCIES & CONTINGENCIES

The project timeline is contingent upon timely client approvals, material availability, and unforeseen construction delays.

 

We have built in a contingency buffer of two weeks within the construction phase to account for potential setbacks.

 

Regular communication and proactive problem-solving from management experience will be employed to mitigate any delays and keep the project on track.
